• The accuracy and legitimacy of any prizes, offers, or claims made in your campaigns
• Honoring any commitments or prizes advertised in your campaigns

Teazee does not endorse, verify, or take responsibility for user-generated content distributed through our platform.

Teazee and its affiliates shall not be held liable for any damages, claims, disputes, or losses arising from:

• Your use of the Group Campaign feature
• The distribution of your campaign content to recipients
• Any claims made by recipients regarding your campaigns
• Any legal action resulting from your campaign activities

You may not use Group Teazee campaigns for:

• Sending unsolicited commercial emails (spam)
• Phishing, fraud, or deceptive practices
• Distributing malware or malicious content
• Harassment, abuse, or threatening communications
• Any illegal activities
